He believes in providing clear explanations, practical advice, and personalised rehabilitation programmes to help patients recover confidently and return to full function as quickly as possible.

Nick is also a registered acupuncturist and incorporates acupuncture into treatment where clinically appropriate to help alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery from musculoskeletal conditions.

Over the years, Nick has built strong professional relationships with local GPs, consultants, and healthcare specialists throughout Guildford and Surrey, enabling efficient onward referrals and collaborative patient care when required.

Nick has completed a Master’s Level 7 qualification in First Contact Practice (FCP) through the University of Lancaster. First Contact Physiotherapists act as the initial point of contact for patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions within primary care settings. In NHS FCP roles, practitioners are trained to request imaging such as X-rays and ultrasound scans, refer to secondary care services, request blood tests, prescribe certain medications, administer injections, and make onward referrals where appropriate.

In addition, Nick has completed a Master’s Level 7 Diploma in Joint and Tendon Injections, enabling him to provide injection therapy where clinically indicated to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support rehabilitation. Please see our Joint Injection page for further information

Alongside his clinical practice, Nick has developed considerable experience within elite international sport. He worked with the Dominica Olympic Team in preparation for the London 2012 Olympic Games before being appointed as a physiotherapist at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games in 2014, providing physiotherapy support to athletes competing at the highest level of international competition.
